East End Shopping

What do you think?

Councillor Bell's position on East End Commercial is:
Commercial Development in the East End continues to be a challenge. The new commercial mall at Eastview and Watson is a start. Developments at Starwood and Watson include Commercial on the first floor. The new library and the accelerated east end residential construction provides the right recipe for Loblaws to go ahead with their development at Starwood and Watson. The city can not force anyone to build if they control the land to be developed. The next few months look very promising.
